I have not wrote a blog dealing with anything besides our new start up for some time and I wanted to write something a bit different today. This will be a short blog about another blog site that I have come to enjoy very much and that is Abnormal Returns.

Abnormal returns is a blog ran by Tadas Viskanta and features some of his own thoughts and a daily submission of links. While I enjoy his writings, I love the idea of submitting great links for others to read. I usually head over to his blog around lunch time and quickly sift through the links for good information I may have missed. This allows me to easily find new information and introduce me to some really great blogs that I have not heard of or visited.

One thing that I really enjoy about his link submissions is that he seems to be unbiased about who he links to. While it does look like he has a few favorites, he does his best to do one thing, link to good material. I respect not getting caught up in the finger pointing game and just submitting good stuff. This is one common thread that we and Abnormal Returns share, the drive for great content. I couldn't care less where the content came from or who produced, if it is awesome, it is awesome.

Mr. Viskanta also incorporates information covering all aspects of the financial markets. I am tired of seeing blogs that only focus on stock, technical analysis, gold, etc. Abnormal Returns links to all kinds of market related information allowing one to gain a “rounded” perspective of the market place. Focusing on just one aspect is sacrificing the entire forest for just one tree.

Please keep up the great work Tadas and we hope as you continue to grow that you maintain your the standards of excellence you currently have in place. Other bloggers should strive to implement the same quality.
