Here's my initial research report which I released on May 17th. I held this position through some pain and finally made a profit on it. I still believe Glu Mobile has valuation problems and does not deserve its current level.
Valuation Problems:
Market Cap$171.14 million2011 Revenue Estimates$60.5 millionNegative Growth:
I asked before, is it time for EA to ditch Tiger Woods? If you're an Electronic Arts shareholder, the answer is yes!
Digital Bros S.p.A. (Milan: DIB.MI) Giving this report to everyone for free, enjoy!!
From looking at pre-orders, 2011 could be a strong year for Electronic Arts. NCAA Football pre-orders are up 73% over last year. Madden pre-orders are down 32% but both Madden and NCAA combined puts 2011 up 1.6% over 2010.
Remember that EA's FY guidance has poor Madden sales built into it.
Majesco Entertainment Company reports after market close today. I've built more estimates to try and predict EPS for the quarter. Total Revenue is the only estimate based on actual data (Game Sales), the rest are estimates using previous quarters. I have EPS at $0.09. I also try to use conservative estimates so look at these estimates as a worst-case scenario.
Using current year estimates for Majesco Entertainment Company with future fiscal year estimates to try and predict what it would cost for a company to make a takeover offer today.
Everything you need to prepare for Majesco Entertainment Company Q2 Earnings which is scheduled for Monday, June 13, 2011.

Nintendo Press Conference Recap:
Nintendo started the conference out with Zelda footage and music from a live orchestra. It was an impressive showing to start a very important press conference.
Nintendo announced an all-star lineup coming to the 3D this holiday season: Mario Kart, Luigi's Mansion, Kid Icarus Uprising, Super Mario, The Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time 3D, and Star Fox 64 3D. These games, as well as other 3rd party games are enough to grow Nintendo's 3DS hardware sales.
Sony Press Conference Recap:
Sony's at it again pushing Move and 3D gaming for the PS3, but in this year's demonstration, the focus was directed towards hardcore gamers. Games shown for the PS3 included Resistance, NBA 2K12, Uncharted 3, Infamous 2, NBA 2k12, StarHawk, Dust, BioShock Infinite, and Star Trek. There was no dancing and no kiddie games. Every game shown was something a hardcore gamer would be interested in.
Microsoft Press Conference Recap:
Microsoft spent the majority of their press conference showcasing Kinect. From new content, features, games, and capabilities, almost the enitire show revolved around the Kinect. It's obvious that Microsoft's main focus is capturing market share in the casual market space.
As Tiger Woods' career has fallen apart, so has sales for EA's annual Tiger Woods PGA Tour. EA signed Tiger Woods to a 6 year deal back in 2006, will they renew the endorsement when it runs out this year?
Tiger Woods PGA Tour Lifetime Sales:
I've put together a list of the top 15 most anticipated games for this year's E3. This list only includes games made by publicly traded U.S. game companies. I did not include Time Warner Entertainment (TWX) because video games only make up a small portion of the companies overall sales.
The sales estimates are general market estimates and some platforms are not confirmed yet. Enjoy!
